The shoot took place on Remembrance Day with the full cast, photo and video team in a house in a leafy suburb of South West London. The output from this shoot will be used online and in our press ads, aiming to demonstrate the values we believe are timeless: around “Protecting what matters”. It was a coincidence that this shoot happened on Remembrance Day, but as a result it showed how that event and those values translate effortlessly into a modern world. The entire cast & crew observed the two minute silence, yet they hailed from New Zealand, Poland, Germany and France as well as Britain. Almost a hundred years on, it was a clear demonstration of how the world has moved on, and in others ways, how we have stayed the same.
The busy shoot took hard work and attention to detail to pull off with a varied cast and a heap of camera equipment for a professional finish.
The Military Mutual team had lots of fun on & off camera with the cast & crew, with many members embarking on a military themed shoot for the first time. Many of the cast were incredibly positive about being part of it.
We are really excited about the new website and how we will portray The Military Mutual in the future. We hope you like it too.
