You may have also seen Beca on TV as part of the Baker’s Dozen appearing in the 2013 Great British Bake Off show on the BBC.
Baking and all things food related formed a huge part of her upbringing thanks to her parents and grandmothers at home in Wales. As well as cooking traditional recipes, she also enjoys exploring other cultures for inspiration. Beca loves a challenge and has completed six marathons as well as countless half-marathons…pushing her body and baking to the limit, she seems to turn baking into an extreme sport at times.
