The AGM is scheduled to coincide with the holding of this year’s Grand Military Gold Cup Meeting, an annual event at Sandown Park.
We have made arrangements for Members to have free entry to Sandown Park Racecourse and its carpark for the AGM. The offer extends to each Member plus one guest. Members will need to bring their Notice of AGM or the accompanying Cover Letter with them in order to gain free entry; these documents have been posted and should arrive shortly.
On arrival, Members are asked to make their way to the Main Grandstand Foyer to collect an attendance badge before heading to the Esher Hall.
