The Military Mutual is owned by its members who are members of the Military Family. The Mutual has neither sought nor received the endorsement from the Ministry of Defence.
The Military Mutual Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (company registration number 07147130) with its registered office address at 7 Maltings Place, 169 Tower Bridge Road, London, SE1 3JB.
The Military Mutual Limited is an appointed representative of Regis Mutual Management Limited which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority; FRN: 479202.
The Military Mutual Limited is managed by Regis Mutual Management Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company registration number 04194000) with its registered office address at 7 Maltings Place, 169 Tower Bridge Road, London SE1 3JB.
The Military Mutual is a limited company so has Articles of Association which include the Directors’ powers and duties and the relationship between the Mutual and the members under company law.
Because we are a mutual, we also have a set of formal Rules which include:
- who can apply to be a member
- a member’s responsibilities
- how membership can be ended how claims are dealt with how the Mutual’s funds are used.

Premium Credit Limited
We use Premium Credit Limited (PCL) to provide finance to The Military Mutual Limited Members. We do not receive a commission for introducing Members to them. Your personal information and the bank details you provide to us will be passed to them and they will contact you via email or text and send PDF or word documents, or by post. Credit is subject to status and they may use a credit reference agency that leaves a record of the search or other information about you to carry out credit and anti-money laundering checks, they may also make credit assessments based upon any previous payment history you may have had with them.
